Shenzhen Airlines

Shenzhen Airlines Company Limited (“Shenzhen Airlines”) is a 49% owned associate of the Group. Shenzhen Airlines is principally engaged in passenger transport and cargo transport and the provision of aviation related services. As at 30 June 2024, Shenzhen Airlines had 230 aircrafts in its fleet, and operated 340 routes comprising 310 domestic routes and 30 international and regional routes.

Air China Cargo

In 2021, the Group became a strategic shareholder of Air China Cargo Co., Ltd. by way of a capital injection and a share subscription with an investment of approximately RMB1,565 million, holding a 10% equity interest. So far, the Group has continuously recorded satisfactory returns from this  investment.
